𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞; 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲

Looking back at our NSTP Graduation ceremony last May 23, 2026, I am filled with immense gratitude. This year’s theme, “𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆,” serves as a timely reminder of our responsibility as the hope of our nation.

Thank you to our 𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗟𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗖. 𝗜𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗼, and our supportive college deans and faculty, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗡𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗠. 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗝𝗿., 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗲 𝗖. 𝗥𝘂𝗱𝗮, and 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘅 𝗦. 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮, for fostering an environment where we could grow as civic-minded individuals.

Shoutout also to 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 for an incredibly empowering keynote address that challenged us to lead by example.

We came, we served, and now, we graduate. The community is waiting!
