Today, the people of Antique, Aklan, Iloilo, Capiz pause to honor and remember Evelio B. Javier, a true son of our province whose bravery, integrity, and sacrifice became part of our history.

We celebrate him not merely for the office he held, but for the ideals he championed: justice, democracy, and sincere service to the people. His life teaches us that leadership is a duty, and that public trust must always be carried with honesty and courage.
